So far so good!

I just moved in about a month ago and this company has been very helpful so far. The cleaning product they used on the walls left streaks so it did not look very nice when I first moved in, but that is an easy fix. I turned in some maintenance requests right away (on a Friday) and they had someone at my house on Monday. He was very helpful, worked quickly and kept me informed of each step he made (even if he had to get other supplies or come back later).

As a first time landlord, we had a very rude awakening working with this company. They seemed very nice and competent to begin with but it didn't take long for the problems to begin. We specified that pets were allowed only with prior approval yet they rented out the house to someone with a dog, without telling us. As I still have friends in the area, I went to see one of them one afternoon. When she was not home I drove down past my house to turn around (dead end street). Out of the house comes a man with 2 dogs. I confronted him about the animals and he assured me he paid a pet deposit and the dog was on the lease. It took me 2 weeks of phone calls that went unanswered before I finally went up Keystone's office. I sat in the office until Katy decided to talk to me. I was highly upset with the lack of communication and lack of organization of paperwork. She finally produced the rental agreement and the dog was on the lease. Then they tried to charge me for lawn mowing, in February. I protested that and they said that the maintenance man mowed the wrong house and took it off my bill. The gentleman, who was military, was in the home 8 months before he was deployed. In that 8 months, he ripped out my linoleum (brand new) in the kitchen, repainted the entire house in semi gloss paint, with the colors being different in each room, dark battleship grey in the LR, Dark purple in the kitchen, Midnight Blue in the bathroom, Dark cocoa brown in the front bedroom, and jet glossy black in the hallway...to include the ceiling. Both screen doors were damaged, one was torn totally off, part of the workshop outside wood had been torn off, one window was broken and nothing had been cleaned. I was so upset and the only thing they could tell me is that it was our responsibility to return it to rentable condition. They had a $450 deposit and a $200 pet deposit....while we did receive those amounts, It cost us over $1000 to replace what he damaged and repaint the entire house. This company does not check on the properties once they rent them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY to anyone hoping to rent out their property!

Stay FAR away from this BUsiness!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY

WORST REALITY COMPANY EVER!!!!!! The house I moved into was DISGUSTING!!!! There was dog hair/pee on baseboards, nasty carpets, dirty walls, dead bugs everywhere and the cupboards were so coated in sticky nastiness you could open them by just pressing your hand to them and pulling back ~GROSS~ we cleaned that house from top to bottom when we moved in!! When we moved out that house was a million times cleaner than it had probably been in YEARS!!! I was SO disappointed when we received barely anything back for from our deposit!!! When I called to dispute all the cleaning charges they said, "We charge to clean when you move out, it has nothing to do with the condition of the house was in when you moved it!!!" So apparently it’s ok to let you move into a dump but they will NOT give you your deposit back!!!!! DO NOT RENT from these unethical, rude, slumlords!!!!! You WILL be sorry!!!

DONT use them! I was in contract with another realty agency and in the middle of my rental agreement they took over.. Ok when I went to move out I made sure the apt was perfect And I scrubbed and cleaned and made sure it was perfect so I could get my full deposit back because I needed the money. Well I get my deposit back a month later they charged me $65 dollars for cleaning and $45 for maintenance when there was absolutely nothing wrong with the apt. They also tried to make me have the carpet professionally shampooed and more and you have to give them a reciept which was NOT in my rental agreement!! I told them you have to abide by my rental agreement I never signed one with you.. and they did But they ripped me off with Fees over $130 dollars worth for Nothing. I had only stayed there 3 months out of the whole year lease I paid for. I will Never rent from them again and I will make sure everyone knows whos renting to not rent from them.
