Established in 1946, the Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County is a county government-operated department that offers residential programs for homeless individuals and teens. Located in Pinellas Park, Fla., the department provides advocacy, research analysis, and planning services. It also provides a growth and development program that includes mentoring and support services for youths and children. The Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County offers educational and vocational rehabilitation services.
