        Dr. Lazar was trained in Philadelphia at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and completed his Family Medicine residency in 1993. He then moved to the southwestern United States to serve as a family physician with the Indian Health Service. In 2003 he came to VT, and was privileged to serve for 8 years as a family physician at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Family Medicine in Hanover, NH.
