Guillermo Jimenez was very professional and updated me when he was running late due to car trouble. He did a great job fixing my window and replaced the special "wired" glass without any trouble. I thought the services were a little expense given the size of the glass being replaced but the customer service was good.

Guillermo came out within hours of my call. I had fogged dual pane windows and a leak that we noticed due to stormy weather over the last weekend. He came and inspected the window/ glass, got his measurements, took out the grid for re-use (which saved me a lot of money ), got the window ordered and came out to install a day after. The whole process to completion, within 48 hours. His prices are very reasonable (to my 2 other quotes). He is honest and a very kind person. I may already opt for his services for my shower enclosure. Overall, very satisfied.
