These guys are the greatest. I am leaving tommorow morning for vacation. This morning I found I had a valve that would not turn off. I called their office in a panic and the gentleman I spoke to informed me how to shut off the water and said he would get someone right out. The man showed up right before lunch and resolved my problem.Jenco installed my sprinklers in January. I am really pleased with the way they do business. Keep up the good work.

The repair tech were on time, friendly and professional. All repairs were explained and the fee was very reasonable. I will do business with Jenco in the future.

The only reason I called this company is because their information is on my sprinkler system. Two different people told me during two different phone calls that they cannot drive from North Richland Hills to Arlington because of the gas prices, but they would call me back with some companies that would. No one called back either time, and I wasted precious time on a company that didn't want my business.

Watch out for hidden fee’s when doing business with this company. I needed a single control valve replacement and to find the location of three other control valves. I was quoted over the phone $95 per hour for one service tech or $130 for two service techs; no other fee’s were mentioned. I scheduled one service tech for March, 2008. Replacement parts were more than twice the amount compared to buying them yourself, which was a little higher than I expected. What I didn’t expect is being charged $5.00 for the use of primer and glue on four pvc joints, $20.00 for the use of the “Valve Locater” device, $30.00 for a Service Call and $5.00 Fuel Surcharge. The total for parts and two hours labor: $293.50 (I did receive a 5% discount from this total). The service tech was very professional and I felt did good work. I'm sure Jenco can justify the fees, but they need to inform the customer of ALL actual charges before performing the work.

Jenco Irrigation is a very professional company. They paid attention to detail, showed up on time and did a great job. Gave us a quote and the job total was the same. Not one penny more. Thanks Jenco.
