Very unprofessional. They started to setup at my house before even telling me they were here. Of course they charged from when they said they got to my house, it when I knew they were there. Charged my 2 hours for what I know they were only here for 1. During the time they were here the two guys took at least two smoke breaks of at least 5 minutes each time. Extremely unprofessional. They were not experts or even familuar with what they were repairing. I ended up stopping them half way through the repair job and told them I would just finish it myself. And going on what they told me needed to be replaced I looked at the job and realized more was needed. So if I wold have let them finished the repair would not have even been successful. I will never use them again and can not recommend this company to anyone.

I feel like lately everything in my house has been breaking down on memy light fixtures half dont work, my tile in the bathrooms started cracking along with some drywall too, and a large stain appeared on my ceiling, presumably because something in the bathroom had started leaking. I became so worried that the cost of getting these things taken care of would be astronomical and I didnt know what to take care of first. Then a friend/neighbor of mine told me to call Jeeves because they had done a good job at her house a while back. I called in and asked for the same technician that my friend had used and they were able to figure out who it was and send him right out. He was just as great as I had heard and the best part is he worked quickly so it did not cost me a ton of money! I had him take care of everything and I have him coming back again in a few days to do a few more smaller and less pressing issues because I know and trust he will do a good job on them. I would recommend them

These guys were fantastic. Arrived on time, did a great job putting a floor down and was a great bargain. I highly recommemd this company for home remodellers or for repais and maintenance.

I just had the most amazing experience with Jeeves! I called with a serious plumbing leak that sprung up and I didn;t know what to do- they sent someone out basically right away to fix it for me. Then we waited a few days to be sure the leak was gone and then the same tech came out to fix the drywall for me! On top of that, it was completely reasonably priced! I will definitely be using them again.

I have no problem admitted that I am no good at handyman repairs. I can do some basic stuff, but when it comes to plumbing and electrical work, I have no clue what to do. My wife and I were kind of looking around at some different options when it came to doing some things in our bathrooms, but everyone was so expensive! Everywhere I looked, it was over 100$ per hour and the first hour was even MORE and we had almost given up on trying to find someone. Then a friend of my wife's called us and told us about Jeeves Handyman Services and about how reasonable and good they were. I gave them a call and found out I could actually get the things done that I wanted and it would not cost me an arm and a leg! They came out and re-did a bunch of things in my bathroom, including replacing my toilet, light fixtures and doing some caulking and grouting. My wife and I were so satisfied, we used them when it came time to do a little re-modeling in the basement a few months later...and again...very impressed! Jeeves was professional and did an awesome job.

My husband and I just moved to the area and we needed to have a few things done to our new house before we could really settle in. It was fairly simple things, replacing a few light fixtures, some small drywall patches and replacing a toilet. I was really worried at first, considering that we almost capped out with just buying the new house, but we called around just to see how much it might be. Some other places were insane - 165$ for the first hour of work! Then I called Jeeves who offered me 155 first 2 hours! We went for it right away. And we couldn't be happier. They were able to set up and appointment for the next day, they came, did a great job, worked fast and were pleasant to work with. I would use them a gain if anything else comes up and I highly recommend their services!

I don't usually go online and write reviews for things, but I was so happy with Jeeves Handyman Services that I decided to go ahead and do it. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I've used them twice now and both times everything went smoothly. The first time that I used then, I was recommended to them by a friend of mine. I needed to have a few things done around my house, nothing too urgent, but I wanted to have some holes fixed in my wall and the bathroom re-caulked, etc. They gave me an estimate over the phone as to how long it would take and about how much it would cost, so I gave the a try. The handyman was really good and nice. I was incredibly happy with the work that he did. Then, they sent me a coupon in the mail for if I ever wanted to use them again. I didn't need anything done, but I held onto the coupon just incase. It's a good thing I did because after a few months, the toilet in my master bathroom started leaking like crazy! I thought of them and called ASAP - they sent someone out right away and fixed my leak! Thanks to their quick response, I didn;t really have any damage to my bathroom that would have cost me even more money!I think they did a great job on everything and I was not in the least bit disappointed with any aspect of their work.

They did such a great job on all of the work I needed done around the house! I was shocked at the reasonable price that they gave me. I thought I'd end up spending a heck of a lot more money for my kitchen. The handyman was friendly, then the people in the office even called me afterward to make sure I had a good experience! It was really nice to see that they cared about my jobs even though they were not that big. I will definitely be using them again!
