This company deserves to fail. Please, never use this company. Ever.
The employees are insulting and will tell a price over the phone and change the price when you arrive. They overcharge and tack on any charge they can.

They are dirty. They charged me last week $125 towing from a lot next to where I live to their facility in Chesapeake, WV then the following week they charged a friend of mine $250 for the same tow. I hope they gag on the groceries that money buys them.

when I broke down ,a StateTrooper stopped to assist. He called the tow company and stayed with me until they arrived. Very professional. I was on business, and had to return to Ohio that day. The office said they would fix my problem, which they did. But, I had to return to Ohio, so the owner drove me to Charleston and while on the way, checked all the ways I could use to get back. and I made it due to his help. Everyone was friendly and very helpful-much more than can be expected today. He would not take my $ offer for his help. These are good people. John-SFfK

I called Hutch's for a simple tow off of a paved road not too far from where they are located. I tell the woman what kind of truck it is, the color and my phone number. She was having a very difficult time and kept asking me what kind of vehicle it was. She also couldn't understand my phone number so I told her one digit at a time, and she still didn't get it! It was bizzare behavior. Finally she put me on hold and a man answers the phone. He was having some trouble but after about 10 minutes he seemed to have a grasp on the type of vehicle and my phone number. When I told him where the truck was he told me he couldn't get it there because of the snow. (Less than 2 inches) I was furious! I have heard these people are crooks and one thing I can tell you for certain is that they don't know what the heck they are doing. The only logical assumption I came up with is that they are either not all there in the head or on drugs, and based off of the bizzare behavior I am leaning towards drugs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, call a wrecker in Charleston and save yourself a backwoods headache.

This is the worst place ever. They stole everything from our transport truck. Even things that were bolted down they unbolted and took them for themselves. They are a bunch of crooks and should be closed down. Filthy hillbilly people. I really hope Karma bites you all in the A$$

Don't use this place. They tell you a price on the phone and double it when it comes times to pay. Get it in writing. They will go through your car while your not there . They took a rifle out of my truck along with a trailer hitch and they will say it's" so it doesn't get stolen" but I found my possessions in their employees car. Worst thing was I waited 3hours while they gave me the run around to get my gun back and I had to go get it. This please is awful. No compensation what's so ever. Please don't use this place
