I would highly recommend Herbert as a TV repairman. He did an excellent job- was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We will certainly use him again if necessary.

Mr. Sandelin arrived promptly, and proceeded to diagnose the problem with our television picture.

He found the problem, described it to us, and gave us the options for repair or purchase of a new unit.

He was knowledgeable, and did not pressure us on our decision.

We decided on repair, and he had the parts delivered and installed as promised.

Our TV is 10 years old and I was ready to throw it away and purchase a new TV. I decided to see what it would take to repair first. Mr. Sanderlin not only repaired the TV but also performed preventative maintenance which made the picture better than it had been in years. Mr. Sanderlin exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. Great customer service, extremely trustworthy and polite. A great price for the service performed.

It had been a long time since I had a television repaired. The tv that I had before my flat panel lasted over 15 years. When my 37" flat panel needed repair I had no idea who to call. My friends had no suggestions so I went on line and looked at the list. I noticed H.S. had a lot of good reviews so I called on a Monday and my tv was fixed by Tuesday afternoon. The service was fast and the price was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier to have my tv back. I'm glad I didn't have to buy a new one as it's not in my budget right now. I'd recommend HS Electronics any day.

Ditto over & over what the others have said about the service. Our tv had been pronounced dead due to an electrical surge, with no hope. He knew exactly how to reset the controls, etc.

We have called Herbert twice in the last three years. His service is wonderful. He is very polite, very professional, very prompt and very dependable. His service is very trustworthy. He is a great TV repairman and a great person. We wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.

Herbert showed up as scheduled and was a geniunely nice person. Unlike other shops he spent several minutes trying to help me diagnose the issue over the phone before trying to schedule a paid service call. The issue with my set required replacing the whole panel, which was too expensive to replace, but he wrote me an estimate that allowed me to get a new set from my warranty.

Herbert was at the house exactly when he said he'd be there and repaired the problem with my TV. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend his repair service to others.

Herbert is a polite, trustworthy technician. I would trust him with the keys to my house. It was nice to have a professional come to my home and complete the work in a timely manner for a reasonable price.

This gentleman fixed my TV, and actually made the picture better. The picture went out on a Thursday, Mr Sanderlin arrived on a Friday night @ 6:45 checked the set and determined it could be repaired. ( A 53" Sony that is 12 years old that I love) A fair price and I'm watching it now.

I have dealt with some terrible so-called tv repair men in the past but Herbert restored my faith!! He was on time, very polite, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. If you need some kind of electronics repaired I wouldn't call anyone else.

Herbert is top notch and if you have problems with your television, he is the person to call! He goes above and beyond what I've seen other technicians do in identifying the problem and getting it resolved. He is also very responsive, his follow-up is great and he is a very courteous person.

We were having several problems with our TV and was referred to HS Electronics by our extended warranty company. Herbert called promptly after I reported our problem and he knew exactly over the phone what was needed to repair our set. Parts had to be ordered, but after he didn't receive them from the company within a few days, he used his supply parts, was at our house exactly to the minute when he said he would be and made the repair. He was so knowledgeable and polite. If I ever need another TV repair, I will definitely call HS Electronics.
