Henniker Sewer & Drain

I needed a new septic system last summer and called Henniker Sewer and Drain. They were less than honest and knowlegable about the proper proceedures to follow. They performed unnecessary work and misrepresented their qualifications to perform some of the work. They subcontracted the work they were unqualified to do without telling me so, and came to do it when they knew I wouldn't be home to keep me from finding out, and to keep me from speaking with the engineer they hired for fear of me finding out the proper proceedures for septic installations. They failed to deliver official test results in order to overbuild the system and inflate the price by as much as $8000. When I became suspicious I called the state DES and found out the proper proceedure, then started asking the proper questions. They then abandoned the job and sued me in Henniker district court. They were also sueing other people that day at court. Their case against me was dismissed.
