This company was AMAZING! They were timely, effective communicators with both us and American Home Shield (home warranty company), polite, honest, hard working, no BS, wallet friendly, quality work, customer oriented, HVAC company! They turned a frustrating situation into a pleasant, palatable way to spend our money! We highly recommend them if you are in the KC area. They fixed our AC and replaced our furnace.

Please don't use this company. We were referred to them by our Home warranty. We are so disappointed! It so happened they had the same last name as the original company that installed our A/C. So a couple years later we had this company come in to fix a problem. Their worker had the nerve to tear off the other Harding company's sticker and replace it with theirs! On top of that they never returned my calls on ordering pieces for our A/C. We finally requested another contractor from our Home warranty. And then eventually called the original Harding company to fix our A/C. We also have reason to believe that they replaced our brass caps on our A/C with cheap plastic caps.

This review was recently brought to my attention. I would like to clarify a few things that may be of a concern to anyone reading this review. The former customer that posted this criticism was very angry that her claim was being denied because of the lack of maintenance they gave to their air conditioner. It was extremely dirty and therefore was denied because of the warranty company’s policy. The charge that money was stolen is FALSE! She was responsible for a deductible that all warranty companies make their customers pay service contractors. That is the only money received by the customer. The employee that took the motor is no longer with the company and when it was brought to my attention by the warranty company, her motor was returned to her. We are a company that hopes to make our customers happy with quality service. With that, we are also an honest company that will not lie to warranty companies to satisfy a demand to do so.

DO NOT USE!!!! I had to use these people because Home Warranty of America had them come and take a look at our air conditioner. He had told them how dirty our air conditionar was and made it our fault, so they could deny the claim. He took the money and our part and was gone. No phone call, never even let us know he was taking it. Had to complain for two days to get my part back. Finally home warranty company got a hold of him and he brought it back. It had been 104 degrees out for three days, I am having a high risk pregnancy and a two year old and they left us with no motor to fix it and our money gone. PLEASE USE WITH COMPLETE CAUTION!! We got a second opinion with someone other then America's Home Warranty vendors and he said our air conditionar was completely clean! They are trying to screw people over to get money!! If there is a white van with no name, BE CAREFUL!
