Glover's Plumbing & Sewer Service

I wish I could give 0 stars here but, that is not an option. So, here is my review...



Keith Glover scheduled an appointment to come to our home at 1pm on a Monday afternoon, never leading on that he may be early.



You can imagine my boyfriend's surprise when he showed at 10am as he was leaving for work. My boyfriend explained to Mr. Glover he was headed to work and that if he came back at the scheduled appointment time someone would be here to let him in. Mr. Glover said "I got done early and I am here now. I don't know if I will make it back then."



I came home from a work meeting at 12:30pm. When I pulled into our parking lot I saw Mr. Glover sitting in his van. I thought, "great, I made it just in time." knowing nothing of the earlier arrival.



I waited for over 2 hours before Mr. Glover showed up at our door. It was 2:45 by the time he finally arrived. When he came in he chastised me for no one being available at the earlier time. In an incredibly rude tone he asked me what we were having trouble with. I told him we have an awful gas coming from the sink. Without looking at a thing, he told me he couldn't smell it and therefore nothing could be done.



We have since called him for information regarding his visit and he was mean, paranoid and angry both times. The second call, he hung up on me!



His appearance is suitable to his personality. Not the kind of person you want in your home!
