Giant Plumbing

I had a plumbing issue on Christmas Eve. I called Giant Plumbing and Don answered. I told him the issue and he gave a time frame for a few hours later. A plumber showed up at 11 AM on the dot! My mom was in the house and Don and Juan went above and beyond what anyone should expect. They spoke to her as well as texting me photos and prices. I needed the job done that day and instead of leaving the job to get the parts necessary they had another plumber go so Juan could stay and continue working thus not wasting time. Don called me throughout the day with updates. The customer service was outstanding! He explained the problem, how it could be fixed and stated the price. At the end of the day, the price was what was quoted, the job finished and the problem fixed. This company is amazing!!!
