        TERRIBLE APPRAISER!!

        Terrible appraiser!!! He was at our home 5 minutes and when we received our appraisal he was comparing our newly built home (less than 3 years old) to homes that were 140 years old! Also, he had multiple errors on the appraisal that he did; indicating our garage was only a one car garage - clearly is a 2 car garage etc.... Very incompetent and I would never hire him!
