Put a call to have them look at my fridge said they would be here between 12-4 never showed up, so I called they proceed to tell me they tried to call because most people are not home they have to meet them. Come on I was never told they would call just that they would be here. Everyone knows you should tell a customer what to expect. I was never told anything other than we will see you tomorrow, then he proceeds to tell me I should answer my phone, really? I I said I would just call someone else and the owner rudely says ya you should after I ask him what we could do, how rude maybe you should take a class in how to treat customers right, slogan "customers are always right" what a jerk don't use I promise you are wasting your money

Heath Holliman was nice until you figured out that he ripped you off and questioned him about it , I was at work and my daughter was home and he came and fixed my refrigerator , took him 20 mins. , it was a defrost thermostat ( less than $ 20.00 part ) and he charged $ 210.00 , I mean really , is it cause it was not a man he was dealing with ? He left a receipt but no break down of why it was so much so I called him and we was a rude jerk about it and hung up on me , I called him back and asked him if there was someone else I could talk to and he said no he was the top Dog LADY and I replied I have a name and he said he would called me what he wants to, he said the part was 120 and labor 100 with a 10 internet discount , really !!!! What a rip off !!! He does not deserve to be in business doing people this way !!!

DO NOT let Heath anywhere near anything you own. This man is rude and does not like to be questioned. He will leave you in the same situation you were in before calling him and in our case in worse shape. Because now our oven is worse and we will have to buy another one. We are now out $180 and the cost of a new oven. He tried to get another $193 out of us!!!! I have called other repair companies but they can't guarantee that they can fix it becuase "Fix-it-Right" may have messed it up. He is not an honest business man! lol if you will see on this page the two other reviews are posted by him giving himself a five star rating, which pushed him to the first on this list. If I could have choosen no star that is what I would have given him. Please save yourself some heartache and your hard earned money and call someone else.
