First Convenience Bank

Today I noticed I had an overcharge fee on my account of $70. I was very surprised because this has never happened to me before. I ALWAYS check to make sure I have the money before I spend it. I am an adult and have bills to pay. So I could not afford to lose that money. I called the bank and a man answered. I did not get the name but when I explained the situation to him instead of looking into it like he should have. He decided to argue, And after I kept explaining to him.. Or at least attempting to explain to him that this is highly unlikely he decided to yell at me and called me an idiot in words that wouldnt get him fired. He never gave me a chance to explain my side of the story. That is astonishing. I work in customer service and wouldn't dream of treating someonen that way. It was completely uncalled for and I will be taking my business else where immediately. I hope, but highly doubt I'm the last person this will happen to seeing as I don't have his name.that being said NOONE should be treated that way in any situation. If these are the type of people that are working at this establishment then I will make sure none of my friends or family use this bank. You bet I will be in touch with someone higher up in the company.
