Fibercare & Cleaning Company

INFESTED! A high end store recommended that I use Fibercare to clean my shag rug. It was returned to me infested with fleas and dirt embedded in every crevice of the rug. Have tho photos to share. There wasn't even paperwork done up when the rug was returned, unwrapped. Whitney, the sales associate assured me that the situation would be resolved (she was very pleasant and wanting to help)-- the president, Joan Friedman called me and was incredibly nasty, rude and condescending. I have filed a complaint with the BBB which they have not responded to yet. I'm out of a $1200 rug, and this woman says there is no recourse. What a way to service your customers, Joan! Next step is small claims court if BBB doesn't get a response.

I have been using this company and the Fibercare products for over 12 years. The company employees that come to treat and clean our furniture are professional and great at what they do. Every piece of upholstered furniture in our house has been "fibercared". Tomato juice, chocolate, wine, mud are all examples of types of stains that I have been able to easily remove from my furniture because each piece had been treated with the Fibercare products.

These people have great employees who really know how to please the customers
