When the less expensive, inexperienced rental place never called or showed up, I saw that Family Rentals offered 24 hour / 7 day delivery service, and they saved the day! Everything was perfect quality, super nice, on the phone and in person upon delivery. These guys are the Superstars of the rental business. This company is by far the best. When my Grandchildren came to visit, Family Rentals was the only company to offer a real, clean, sturdy crib for my precious little boy. Those other companies only offered those cheap, ricketty folding cribs with the thin foam mattress. Even the bicycles were like new. During this past Holiday, they supplied me with the tables, chairs, tablecloths and dishes I needed. Everyone was so courteous and helpful from start to finish. When my sister comes to stay with me, we always rent a mobility scooter for her along with some other medical items and everything is so clean and perfect. Thank you again, Family Rentals.
