        So far, so good

        I just called this company to make an appointment, and was pleasantly surprised. No answering machine...a real person, who was pleasant and professional. She explained she'd be able to get someone out today, and called me right back with information. This is unusual in my experience with plumbing companies. I recommend this company based on this first impression.
