Please Read And Save Your Money! The slider door leaks like a waterfall when it rains. The foundation is cracking and bugs are coming in (centipedes, ants and pill bugs). The counters are all pulling away from the walls. There are cracks in the walls. When we walked through before we move in, there was no carpeting down yet, and after we moved in, you could feel the debris on the floor that they never bothered to sweep up before they laid down the carpet. You can also see where all that debris is discoloring the carpet. They left bare drywall in some areas and said they were too busy to finish it. The faucets and shower heads were not properly installed. Also too busy to take care of that. Thank God we are fairly handy people. Our electric meter was crossed with our neighbors. We didn't have blinds for two weeks until after we moved in. We loose power all the time. I could go on and on. There was a point too when the neighbors above us toilet leaked and they were told not to use it, and they did and it leaked into our bathroom. We were literally being crapped on. Also when we moved in we were told that we would never hear our neighbors, and it sounds literally like they are going to come through our ceiling. Pictures have shaken off the walls, that is how bad the noise and vibration is. Also, there is a electrical problem. We blow through light bulbs all the time. We literally replace all of the light bulbs through out the kitchen, hall way and bedroom at least once a week. I would not live in a piece of Lombard construction if it was given to me and I am being completely sincere. This is the most snotty construction I have ever seen. The management could use some training on customer relations as well, but I will save them the embarrassment and not get into that. Trust me. I know your looking for a great place for your family. This place could be potentially dangerous with the water damage. Think black mold. Please save your money. Rent a house or something. This place is far from worth it
