        Dispatching sucked

        At 1pm made a call for a plumber go come out to Brentwood. Dispatch took all my information. Said I should see someone between 5pm - 6:30pm. And no one. So I call for techs ETA and the dispatcher on the night shift says the dispatcher before her got all my contact information wrong. So she says someone will be out at in two hours. They took my information again. We reviewed it, and still nobody again. Waisted a whole day on a plumbing issue, waiting for this company to show up. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone with issues they'd like to get fixed right away. Who knows what kind of technition would have showed up. I wouldn't even recommend these guys a one star.

        Fast response, quality work an...

        Fast response, quality work and Josh was friendly too. We had an emergency water leak. Josh arrived within the hour and had the job done in no tim. I could have have saved myself over an hour of frustration if I had called Earnies first.
