Wonderful service. On time, clean, spacious cab, polite driver, reasonable rates. I have suffered with Black & White for years, and this service was a refreshing change.

Horrible there unreliable and they have such attitude. Honestly I used to take it every day now never again tired of the bull that comes with them.

I am disabled so it is difficult for me to get into and out of cars. The driver/owner was patient, adjusting the seats so that I could maneuver safely. That means a lot to a grumpy old lady. Aside from that, he is a careful driver, very familiar with the area, and is pleasant to talk to. Like another reviewer, I was on my way to a medical appointment and arranged for a ride home as well. I recommend this company 100%.

The driver is a friendly family man, who is punctual and helpful. I had several pieces of luggage that he handled for me. I felt completely comfortable in his clean, spacious van. To ensure I would have a ride, I booked him the day before. I will call him again. Thanks for a ride from Guilderland to the Scenectady train station!

Rude and hung up on me. This isn't even in schenectady apparently and he was just rude. Please fix the information and hire decent people.

My wife and twin boys took Eagle Taxi on Dec. 11, 2015 from Niskayuna to Albany train station. I texted the taxi driver with my newly built home address, and he confirmed the address. He came on time, and my wife and boys had very good experience with this taxi. Appreciate the driver for his excellent service.

When I called he said he will be about 25 minutes and since I built a cushion on my timeframe, it was ok. He was right on time and we got to the airport without delay. The van was clean and spotless, reasonably priced and the driver was polite and courteous. Deserves all the stars indeed.

I scheduled a 6:30am pick from my hotel to the airport, and the driver showed up 5 minutes early. He was friendly, polite and most importantly, DRIVES SAFELY. The cab I took from the airport when I arrived in Albany drove like a complete mad man, and he almost ran another vehicle off the road at one point. He was also on his cell phone the entire time and could have cared less about anything going on around him, including me. That was not the case with Eagle Taxi. I have already programmed Ali’s number into my phone as I frequently travel to Albany for business. I’d definitely recommend this company.
