They were so E-Z to work with and all I had to do was to place my order by phone and they took of the rest. Service was great and I recommend their services and their rentals. All a lot of fun.

I rented a 5 in 1 jumper and it was an absolute hit at my son's party. Honestly one of THE BEST jumpers we've ever had. Clean, no sagging, and the obstacle course inside kept the kids entertained for hours. We had a photo booth, facepainter, balloon artist..and none could compete with the EZ jumper.



The company had awesome communication, confirming the day before and updating me the day of with delivery info. Extremely professional.



The jumper was in great condition, no rips & tears like other rentals. Their jumper was clean, service was friendly and timely. Even the delivery guys were great.

I am so glad I found ezjumpers, their party rentals and services, have made it so much easier to put together all my parties and even small family reunions, since I started using ezjumpers for my parties my job it's simply to invite my guests, the rest of the work ezjumpers takes care of it for me (stress free), best of all their are always on time with nice clean party equipment, so no embarrassing moments with the guests.

Without doubt the best customer service. I had to call with questions many times for my fundraiser event and every single time the customer service was more than outstanding and very pleasant people to work with.

5 stars is just not enough! My daughter had her 6th birthday party today and for the 5th year in a row we have rented a bounce house with EZ Jumpers. They always have high quality jumpers that are super clean. Their customer service is great! They are on time, friendly and do everything they can to accomodate. This year was especially hard for my daughter for at first she was not going to have a party, then at last minute (two weeks prior) we decided to have one afterall. When it came to the jumpers many were already reserved. I called several times checking the availability with Angelica who was always friendly, made a reservation, then had to cancel due to high winds the morning of, only for them to die down and to call her and ask to still have it delivered last minute. They got here just as the kids arrived making it perfect! The kids were excited to see it coming in and were ready to jump and play. The party was awesome thanks to EZ Jumpers and their outstanding service and dedication to their customers.To my readers, I recommend you book early to get your special jumper. I usually do, but had not this year which made it difficult to choose a jumper that matched our theme. With that said, they seriously do all they can to make you and your kids happy!!! Thank you Angelica so much for everything.

They not only gave us great service but went above and beyond our expectations. The rentals were clean and they showed up on time. Their customer service and their staff were great and very friendly. The Frozen 5in1 jumper we rented is so much prettier when u see it in person. Our girls and their friends were very happy and amazed with it and they enjoyed it all day long. Lots of beautiful pictures and memories.

Four thumbs up from my two sons. My oldest son turned 6 years old and wanted a birthday party that all his friends would have fun at and talk about at school . Thnk to e z jumpers my son got exactly what he wanted . I rented some games and a spin art center for the kids entertainment . I thought it was neat and had never really seen anything like it for rent anywheres else . The kids at the party had a blast and went home with at least 5 peices of artwork each . And had so much fun making them . Not only that , but the potato sack race was so much fun for the kids and the parents to watch . Made lots of cute photos and memorys for all our guests . Then the kids got super excited to see that a parchute was the next thing to play with . The list of games to play with parachute was very helpful also . Sure enough my son comes home from school today ( monday ),super excited that his friends told all the other kids about how much fun they had at my sons birthday . Not only that but i even received calls from parents and family members telling how much fun they had and asking me where i found the art machine at . Of course i told them all about e z jumpers and i am sure they will be calling them for their next event . Just like i plan on using them again in the future. I thank the the fact that they were so flexible in their rentals and made it possible to return my rentals a little later than planned and were only worried about if we enjoyed the items . I feel that they went above and beyond to satisify me and my family . Thank you e z jumpers . From one big satisfied happy family .

As discussed with you on the date of your event, our inability to reach you by phone or text after our several attempts by our driver and our manager didn't allow us to resolve the situation as we would have loved to. Since time was your main concern and we had no way of replacing within your requested time the jumper that was brought wrong by mistake, we tried several times to reach you by phone and by text but had no luck. The jumper we brought to you was of the same value as the one you had orinitally ordered but when you finally called us back. at the end of your event, we, as a courtesy went ahead and gave you $20 OFF your total due. We also regret to hear you felt the jumper was a beat up jumper because that specific jumper is only about a year old and has always being properly maintained as we do with all of our jumpers. It is very unfortunate that we weren't able to meet your expectations. Do NOT use this place. I rented a jumper for my sons birthday party and they brought the wrong jumper. Then they promised to bring the new one within an hour, and they just never showed up with the new one. We received a beat up jumper, that not only did NOT match my theme, but we also received HORRIBLE customer service. On top of that all they did was offer $10 dollars off. I will NOT use this place EVER AGAIN. Your better off using a different place. Trust me!

No doubt, the best service and best variety of items. Loved the bouncer, all equipment on time and very clean. The service was outstanding.

We were beyond satisfied with your service. We originally chose your company cuz of all the good reviews you have from previous customers, so we couldn't pass adding our review too. My daughter's party was last weekend and she and her friends had a blast in the jumper. I was happy cuz the jumper was very clean and in great condition. Your staff was nice and professional, both on the phone, at time of delivery and at pick-up. I will refer E-Z jumpers to all my family and friends and will call you again for my other daughter's birthday.
