Duck's Tree Service

Hired to remove a large tree and large bush along with stump removal of each. Removed tree and bush and said they'd be back for the stump grinding. Asked for payment and I obliged thinking they were good for their word. Contacted them multiple times about their return to finish the work and they said they would. To this day, almost two months later, the tree stump is still there and the bush is about 1/3 grown back. They will not return phone calls and now their voice mail is full and cannot accept additional messages. BBB complaint filed. Do not use them. Their "gentleman's agreement" that they claim to honor means nothing.

duck's removed a broken limb and dead branches that were high up in a mature green ash tree in the fenced in back yard at our home in menard county. They did a really good job , they cleaned up all the mess and now my tree my tree looks very nice. we are very satisfied with their work. thank you for a job well done

If you have a tree need, do yourself a favor and call Ducks first. You can feel comfortable knowing the job will be done right the first time. Call Ducks first and you won't have a need to call someone else to finish an incomplete project. I will be using this company for all my tree service needs for a long time to come.

I've had Duck n the tree several times and each time is a blessing!He will ask U what U want and let u know what each tree deserves.He gets n and out with no damage to any thing.He's respectful and hard workn,He's awesome,TRUSTWORTHY,and does what he says,he does't have the most equipment/that is heavy and tears up ur landscape but does it the OLD SCHOOL way,and he knows when he is over his head and will refer U to another PROFESIONAL,but if u want to save $$$ call DUCKMAN

Had work done by this company. Very professional, timely, and are insured. He treated us very respectful; and when he says he will "duck" higher prices, we showed him another bid & his was less & actually gave us more than we expected.
