Draper Towing & Repair

This last weekend, we were coming back from Phoenix and heading home to Colorado when we hit a pothole near the Arizona/Utah border. My insurance company's roadside assistance help line was not helpful whatsoever, but luckily my husband was able to contact the owner of Draper Towing, Steve... on a Sunday, I might add. He immediately sent his son Tyler down to get us. I was expecting to wait hours and hours out in the middle of nowhere, but it only took him 1.5 hours (the exact drive time from Monticello to our location, so he wasn't hesitating at all). Tyler safely loaded our car onto the tow truck within 5-10 minutes and we headed back to Monticello. Amazingly, Steve happened to have one tire that was exactly the one we needed for our BMW. The rim on our car was bent and the alignment was out quite a bit, but they were able to get the car up and running perfectly within a very short amount of time. I was very impressed! Steve and Tyler were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and just genuinely good people!! This was my first experience with a towing company and they made it wonderful, especially under stressful circumstances. We got home safely before nighttime. I hope they understand how much we appreciate all they did, again, on a Sunday afternoon, when they probably wanted to be home with family (not the mention the other towing companies in the area wouldn't even answer our phone calls!). These guys are the best! I highly recommend them. We're forever grateful and God bless them!
