after a technican came out twice with no parts and spent more than six hours at my home with the instruction manual spread across my kitchen counter my ovens are still not fixed. These ovens are less than two years old and it appears as if the technican was trying to make some money off of the manufacture. When I asked for a diffrent tech. I was told one wasn't avalaible and that he owned the company. So, if you have time and money to waste sign up with this company.

These guys were AWESOME! They showed up the day after my call, on time, and got me in good shape very quickly. I hope my fridge doesn't break again, but I will happily go through them again.
