TODAY I HAD THE PLEASURE OF CALLING THIS FIRM. RIGHT FROM THE START I COULD TELL THAT THIS FIRM CARES ABOUT ITS CLIENTS. ALL WERE VERY ATTENTIVE & CARING IN THE PROCESS. THANK YOU FOR CARING SO MUCH

I am in the beginning of the process. So far, the person I have been working with has been polite, sensitive and hasn't rushed me at all. She has spent several hours on the phone with me gathering the basic information and has explained everything in understandable detail. When I called with questions about a form that requested my bank account number she explained why they have the form and that it was totally optional for me to fill out. There was no pressure at all. I chose to not use the service that form would have allowed. I was referred to them by my long term disability carrier. I figure DCK & Asoc. must be good. If they don't win my case for me, the long term disability company is going to have to pay me several thousand dollars.......If they do win my case, the disability company will be out maybe a thousand or so. It is in everybody's best interest for them to win my case. Fortunately, I will be covered either way. I just discovered that they have a website with contact info for all their attorneys. That will be a convenient way to keep in touch on my case.
