        The trainer came out to evaluate my pup. Purchased the Platinum Package. Was going great initially, but halfway through the one-on-one class, the trainer let me know that we would not continue our one-on-one class for several months, due to my pup's age. This should have been discussed during the initial evaluation.
        The "Unlimited" Group class gets cancelled after 10pm the night before, because I was going to be the only one attending. Not exactly Platinum Service
