I've been ordering from Discount Nutrition Shop for a 2+ years. I am really pleased with the very quick delivery service plus they have rewards and coupons which adds a pleasant surprise

Great service got everything i expected. Was able to place order over the phone. Im so happy im able to buy my vitamins from them.

This place is a total farce. I waited over two weeks e-mailed and received no response. I believe I only got a refund because I used paypal to pay. What a bloody joke!

Discount Nutrition (aka Vitamin Shoppe), an online vitamin store, is about as dysfunctional as they get. They didn't ship my order for 2 weeks, and I couldn't get hold of them to get the status. Finally when I called I got a very unprofessional male who said he would issue the credit and I would get an email the next day. I did not get an email; I did not get a credit. I called back 3 weeks later to follow up, when I didn't see a credit on my statement. Same guy took my information, put me on hold forever, and then I was conveniently disconnect. When I called back it went directly to voicemail. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company.



I don't think this business is on the up and up and I think they are trying to defraud customers. If enough people complain hopefully they will go out of business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM; YOU WILL REGRET THE TIME AND EFFORT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK, NOT TO MENTION DOING WITHOUT THE PRODUCTS YOU ORDRED AND HAVING TO REORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I was SCAMMED too. Their website has been removed and there is no way to contact them as I know of. Don't send them ANY money!

KEEP AWAY! EVERY COMPLAINT WRITTEN HERE IS THE TRUTH.



THEY DO NOT HAVE A CATEGORY FOR NEGATIVE STARS. I HAD TO LIST ONE STAR IN ORDER FOR THIS MESSAGE TO GET POSTED; HOWEVER, I AM LYING.

This place is a total SCAM operation, I am surprised the FBI has not shut them down yet. It's a copy and past of another site, they take your money and run! No products are sent at all! BEWARE!

Buyer beware when shopping online. The Discount Nutrition Shop is a total scam. I placed an $$$ order and got no confirmation. I discovered the phone numbers were bogus and no one responded to my emails. They take your money and never send you products. I also disliked them on facebook, twitter, etc. and I WILL FIND OUT WHO THESE THIEVES ARE. In the meantime, never purchase from this vendor unless you want to throw out your money.

The FBI should put them in jail and out of business forever!!!!



Update: 12/5/11: Well, many weeks after I ordered product, I received a PHONY tracking message. The US Postal Service had a tracking no. but indicted that there was no package at all. Further more, check out the phone no. on this page that is not in service. Also this is the phone no. on the actual website: (888) 908-4548 belonging to a Steve Lokese who has nothing to do with the business.



I've already reported the company to the FBI and am having my credit card fraud division go after them. That's probably why I got a phony tracking no. What scam artists! I also neglected to say when writing my review initially that 3 days after the fraud, my card was reproduced and used (attempted) in Africa! I'll bet that scam was connected to Discount Nutrition Scum Bag Shop.

This business is a scam!! Warning. The phone numbers they list do not work.....one is really a dental office. The other phone number listed is actually the same number used for VitaDocs, which is rated an "F" by the Nevada BBB and has multiple complaint/Fraud sites listed on Googld. They do not respond to emails. They took my $$. Watch out!
