General Info

Custom View Windows is a family business, owned and operated from Grafton, Wisconsin. My wife, Heidi, and I started our company in 1991. We could see that many homeowners wanted the start-to-finish attention of professionals who would treat their houses like their own. So from the very beginning, I decided that our business would be unique. I would only sell windows, patio doors and entry doors that I felt were of the best quality and would personally install them. When potential clients meet with me, they can ask technical questions regarding how the windows and doors are manufactured and details of how they are installed that only a carpenter would know. I am present at every job site until it is completed. My wife, Heidi, is our office manager, setting up appointments with clients and fielding calls for me while I am on the job site. When Custom View Windows upgrades your home, you can be assured that you will be receiving quality workmanship. Previously our showroom was located in Grafton. Currently our office is located in our home in Cedarburg. This helps us cut down overhead costs and offer our customers better pricing.
