Cumberland Septic & Grease, LLC

This company and the workers were amazing. We got home late in the evening with guests and found the septic had backed up due to all the rain we have had lately, I am guessing. We called around and nobody wanted to come out and help us or they would not return our phone calls. Cumberland Septic called us right back and came out within an hour or so and cleaned our septic out, saving our floors and our guests from having to stay in a motel.

They quoted a price for what was to be done but when they got there they had to spend quite awhile finding the tank as it was not where we thought it was. They also had to dig farther down than we all thought but they didn't charge anymore money. They said they knew times were hard and they were just going to charge what they told us on the phone even though they said if they had to dig over a foot the price would go up a little bit.

They were very polite and professional. I would definitely use them again.
