Crystal Clear Pools

I used this company to build my pool while my custom home was being built. They argued with my builder constantly, Never gave exact dates on when they would be doing what. They simply called on the day they wanted to do something and did not ask if it was ok. "They simply said We are gonna come out and do this today".

When the pool was done they realized they did not have my control box. It was on back-order but they told me to fill the pool anyway. I did and then when their guy came out to balance the chemicals he gave me crap about the pool being dirty. Hello, no power box equals no pump. They did not install the pool light. I had to ask them to come back and do it. I had to get my own electrician to wire my box for me. They simply delived the power distrobution box and said here ya go.

Once the everything was working fine we noticed there were two big stains in the pool. We called them to take a look and then they requested pictures before they came out which we did. They had us drain the pool so they could do an acid wash (didn't work). They we had to refill the pool. They came out and did another acid wash, we had to drain the pool again. Then we had to drain it another time for them to come and look at the plaster. Nothing worked. We never got any offer for some kind of re-imbersement for our water bill. 30,000 gallons to fill a pool isn't cheap.

The last time I called them to inform them the last acid wash didn't work they simply said "the plaster guy is not going to replaster it, We do not know what else to do for you" This is BS in my opinion. In two years we have never had a great looking pool. It always looks dirty because of those stains.

I know they are pretty inexpensive but, with this company you truely GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR in the line of customer service and maintenance after the fact. It definately felt like once the pool was in and full of water they wahsed their hands with us and did not want to help or even hear from us anymore.



I hope this helps someone not make the same mistake we made by using this company.
