Free Estimates Quality Work & Affordable Prices Expert Design, Installation, and Finishing The Process: Once you make your appointment, a Crown Max Decor Inc. consultant will visit you and provide you with a free home consultation. Your consultant will provide you with the best material, design, and colors for your home. Most appointments take approximately one hour depending on the size of the project. Your consultant will measure your space, and then show you ideas and samples to help you to create a style that's just right for you. Once your materials, colors, and pricing are approved, you will be placed on an installation schedule and an approximate date will be given to you one or two weeks after the approved date. Your consultant will walk you through the installation preparation process so that you will know what to expect on the day of your installation. The installation process may take 1 or more days depending on the size of the project. We will work as quickly, efficiently, and neatly as possible to ensure your complete satisfaction.

        Very horrible company to deal with, DO NOT USE!!!

        We scheduled an appointment over a week out for early this Saturday morning (today) to have crown molding installed. I texted Ana on Friday to confirm our appointment for the next morning. It was at this point that Ana notified me that they could not come at the time originally agreed upon. She told me that they would be able to come sometime in the late afternoon and that she would call me when the crew was on the way to my house. After taking the entire day off work to wait for them, the company never showed up and they never even called to notify me. What kind of company would do that to their customers? This clearly proves that they have no respect for their customers.

        I wonder what kind of excuses they would try to make up for having no consideration for their customers time. Very poor business practices. At this point, I am thankful they were not in my home because they clearly have no respect for their customers and their homes.
