After having a loan with this company for nearly a year and every payment at least a week before the due date, I missed a payment. My payment date is on the 24th and on the 29th they called and demanded a payment (not nice at all). I explained that I had written a check to the wrong Co. on the wrong date and that since I only get paid on the 1st. and 16th. that I would be in on the 1st. to make my payment I was told that if I did not make my payment before the end of the month that I would be reported 30 days late to the credit agency. My contract gives me 10 days past the due date to pay. These people have no coustomer loyalty and will lie and threaten you to get a payment. A former employee told me that they have quota's for the month and are told to thearten and or do what it takes to get that payment. Stay away !!! One employee even cursed at me when I did make the payment (before the end of the month).
