1 star isn't even good enough.

A year ago my husband & I had the pleasure of building our dream home. Before we even moved in I had Cox Communication, Inc. out to hook up our internet. Well, when the guy was writing our password down he wrote it in black sharpie then managed to smear it over my brand new (not even lived in), white silestone countertop. I caught it immediately so he ran out to his truck grabbed a chemical and tried to clean it up. In doing this he managed to "scratch/dull" the service. I immediately filed a claim with cox. The lady who I was dealing with didn't really know what to do or what action to take so she asked me for the builders countertop persons info. She then set it up with them to attempt a repair because she knew it was either that or replace it. Well, the repair didn't work and now they are refusing to help me any further because someone else worked on it! Someone else worked on it because they asked them to. So here I am with a brand new beautiful home but with a messed up countertop from before day one. As a company you should be ashamed of yourselves to conduct business this way. I should have never let the attempted repair take place and just made you replace it from the get go. Thank you for ruining part of my dream home.
