I have read the review prior and acknowledge that sometimes people have a very creative imagination when it comes to facts and that some will say anything to slander because they are "upset".We here at Socorro County Towing Service tow for the POLICE and sometimes individuals don't understand why their cars that were towed for DWI and other incidents were not towed FREE of charge. We here are very conscientious of our customer relations and the way customers are talked to. We have been in business since 2006 and are here to meet your towing needs , BIG or small we do it all. No-one likes to get stranded! Last Sunday at about 8pm on my way home to El Paso from Albuquerque, NM a front wheel bearing exploded in my van about 18 miles from Belen New Mexico, after the scary strange steering and no breaking I pulled over and was fortunate to dial this service.



Now the usual scary part started... HOW am I going to get this fixed? Can I find a TRUSTWORTHY Repair facility that won't try to take advantage of me? Do I rent a u-haul tomorrow and drive it home and do repairs myself? To I get my family to come get me...!!! Being a certified master mechanic I had options but NO TOOLS! So I decided that I would get towed back to Belen and decide the next day.



The driver was courteous and helpful. On our way to the tow yard he stopped me at a motel and allowed me to check in and then he took me to the yard so that I would know where my van was at and then he returned me to the motel!



The next day I was called and given OPTIONS on repairs to the van. The owner of the shop said "let me have you picked up so you can see and decide what you want to do".



The technicians were friendly and allowed me to look and decide! I was on the road quickly after the parts were found and it didn't cost me as much as they could have charged me since I was stranded!



So I say HURRAY! You guys were a comfort to me in my hour of need!

I would gladly recommend you...



Oh and they also advised me on a Hamburger place that was out of this world!



I was lucky not to have flipped the van and maybe worse... I was also very lucky to make contact with Country Towing Service!

After being broke down on Interstate 25, and calling 3 towing company's that gave me a 2 hour wait or longer. It was refreshing to use County Towing that responded with in 30 min and gave me professional and friendly service. I would recommend using there service to any of my friends and family.
