        Overall

        For several years I have used Colonial's services. I have always been happy with their professionalism and reliability. Today Jim Germain came to my home to do the semi-annual spraying. He is a GREAT guy! He has come here many times and he always is reliable, knowledgeable and a very pleasant man. On a scale of 1 to 10....I rate him an "Eleven"! Good guy and a good company to work for me.

        The service I received from Colonial was excellent. Zack the technician was great. He was very thorough and found all the areas the mice were coming into my house. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. It's now been a month and I have not had any further problems. I will definitely use this company again if I have anymore pest problems.
