- This business was started because it is so difficult to find an honest mechanic that will tell you what you really need to know. We usually work on a referral basis, meaning that most of the vehicles we service are from family, friends, family friends, or friends of friends! Its great that our customers tell others about the great service they received, and encourage you to do the same! Getting stuck somewhere with a broken-down car is anything but fun, and it makes you have a bad day. So, each vehicle that comes in to the shop gets a complimentary inspection of tires, fluids, belts, brakes, etc. to keep you informed about the needs of your car. If you dont understand what were talking about, just ask! We try not to use all the technical jargon, but sometimes we get carried away There isnt any pressure to buy anything, but at least you know what to expect down the road.

Lifesaver!
I am a big supporter of small business because they work harder to keep their customer's happy. Cole's was amazing! I was having an issue with my car overheating and air blower had pooped out. I was so lucky to have it close enough to Cole's to swing by for a quick repair. After a day he had it fixed, good as new! This guy is the real deal!
Ok Ladies-you know that feeling you get when you pull into a repair shop and you can see the $$ (dollar signs) in the guy's eyes? Or feel like you are fresh meat? Well not at Cole's. I was treated with respect and he didn't talk to me like I was 5 years old. I could tell right away that I could trust him and know that I'm not going to be taken advantage of. He explained the service, pricing and a warranty! He also told me to start saving for my 60,000 maintenance that I need to have done in a couple of months. And it DOES NOT have to be done by the dealer! I already have an appointment. That shows he is also concerned about keeping my car running by doing the regular maintenance. He also offered to drive me back to work. I'm now a customer for life! He's golden :)
This place is ridiculous. We took a car in, that we were looking to buy, for a general look-over, and they found a few small flaws (on an otherwise perfect car) that I would have never thought to check on. Oh, did I mention they did it for FREE!?!? It makes me sad we live out of state for when we have future car issues... Props to Cole's
