VK & Carlee are terrific! They are sincere, sweet people who go out of their way to repair your clock. I had a 1929 Hershede Mantel Hall clock that held a lot of sentimental value to me. I was told by another repair person about 6 yrs. ago that it would need to be rebuilt but due to taking care of my mother, was not able to make the drive to take it back. Eventually it quit working & I found VK & Carlee who lived minutes away. VK did everything he could, including making little tiny parts, spending HOURS of his time for me. He knew I loved this clock & missed the beautiful sound of its chimes. When he could not fix it, he & Carlee had a clock that sounded similar and offered to put it in mine. THANK YOU so much VK & Carlee, I love my "new" old clock & am enjoying it, you are the best!!

Carlee & VeeKay were terrific. I have an old grandfather clock that was willed to me by my grandparents. It wasnt working properly & the guy who worked on it before wouldn't return my calls. They came to my house on time & were very honest and knowledgeable about what it would take to fix it. I particularly enjoyed watching VeeKay work. He's an old-style craftsman, deeply committed to his trade. They had to return a few times to tweak the clock, & again they were friendly & professional. The clock is now working perfectly & it makes me happy every time i hear it chime. I would recommend them to anyone.

Because we have many customers who refer us to their friends and family and we have a lot of new and repeat business, we are running 5-6 months behind with some 50+ clocks in-house right now. Our non-refundable deposit covers the in-depth trouble shooting that we do as soon as we get to your clock in order to give you a very accurate estimate and account of what is needed to repair/service your clock. The deposit then goes toward repairing your clock. For some reason you took your clock shortly before we got to it. The non-refundable deposit is a commitment that the clock will be there when we are ready to start. We try hard to satisfy our customers. If you had let us work on your clock I'm sure you would have been very satisfied and your non-refundable deposit would then have gone towards the repair.

BUYER BEWARE!. Conventional wisdom applies to this business: Don't pay non-refundable cash [their policy] before any service is rendered. I paid their $50 "deposit" & had nothing to show for it after 4 months of waiting for an inspection. They have no fiduciary responsibility.

Clockwise was terrific! They repaired my 112-year old 9-tube/4 tune grandfather clock that was damaged in an interstate move (and bungled by another clock repair company who weren't up to the complexity of this job). I have complete confidence in their work. VK and Carlee have the patience, knowledge and skill to do the job right.

VK and Carlee at Clockwise are wonderful people. Most importantly, VK is a fantastic clock man. He repaired my 9 chime grandfather clock and a Venetian Regulator recently and they are running perfectly. These clocks are very important to me as my dad was a jeweler, watchmaker, and clock man himself for 60 years. The grandfather clock was a 35th wedding anniversary present to my mom back in 1980. Unfortunately my dad & mom are gone now and thankfully I found this excellent team at Clockwise. I highly recommend them for any of your clock repair needs. They did what they said they would do, in the time they said it would take, and for the price they quoted. I am very happy to hear my clocks chime again as it reminds me of my dad.
