Benton Harbor City Manager provides overall administrative supervision for various departments and related agencies of the City of Benton Harbor. The City Manager directs the implementation of Commission mandates and offers professional advice and authoritative recommendations on several matters before the Commission. He also prepares, administers and monitors the City s operating and capital budgets and directs and participates in Cities labor relations and personnel management activities. Additionally, the City Manager oversees the purchasing activities of the City and takes part in the design and implementation of various civic development projects. Benton Harbor City Manager maintains public relations with City residents, surrounding communities and other local, state and federal agencies.
