I contacted Capt. Ivan about three times inquiring about his rates and packages. All three times I called Capt. Ivan treated me with care and was very polite. Capt. Ivan explained everything in detail to me before making my decision. He is very knowledgeable in his services and on what he does. I was sold. After doing my research with other charter services, Capt. Ivan was the better choice. I picked the 2 hour package and I wish I had upgraded to a 4 hour package. Capt. Ivan played non-stop music from our time of departure from the marinas to the time we got back. We toured all of Miami’s best. My kids couldn't stop talking about Capt. Ivan and how much fun they had. To me that's a big deal. I honestly could say that I felt like Capt. Ivan was part of the family. He was so down to earth and showed great customer service, and was very polite with my kids. Now that I have experienced a great time with Capt. Ivan D's Charter services, I will be booking a trip with him for the New Year’s Eve holiday.
