We hired these folks to drill a well. The owner (the dad is a great guy) his son Trumaine,Jr. who runs the business not so much. The son does not commuicate very well in what needs to be done in scheduling for materials, workers showing up (backhoe shows up suddenly on our land without prior notice) , or final cost adjustment (because the well went deeper he did not inform us of the new higher cost). He does return phone calls occasionally but not emails. His unprofessional attitude cost us $3000 more than quoted. The guys on the work crews are great and very reliable, the business does good work but dealing with "JR" has left such a very negative view of the company that we give fair warning to steer clear of them.
