They do send out reimbursement checks. They do repair machines and replace if needed. Great/friendly customer service

terrible customer service. Machines that do not work. They refuse to repair them in a timely fashion. They do not reimburse customers for money stolen by broken machines. They are rude and inconsiderate when called to report issues with their machines. Machines in my complex have been broken for over a month and they still have not fixed them. I have no clean laundry for myself or my son! I feel like I am living in poverty because of this company.
