Caldwell's Appliance & Home Repair

I hired Josh Caldwell to paint my the inside of my house. He told me to get a water-based paint to paint the doors and trim (inside). Since he was not going to finish painting my house on time, he had hired a painter from Sherwin Williams to help him. This helper told me that I needed oil-based paint or else the paint would peel within a year. I took the paint back and got the oil-based paint. Mr. Caldwell took my oil-based paint back and exchanged it for the water-based paint we had originally purchased, telling me it would be fine. Within a couple of months, the paint began to peel. Mr. Caldwell has been promising for over a year to redo the doors and trim that look so bad. He finally stopped answering my calls and texts about the matter. He also never returned my house key that he had while acting as my handyman.



I am very disappointed in the service provided by Mr. Caldwell. I was especially disappointed that this man who is a pastor did not keep his word by making this right.



I would recommend hiring an actual legitimate painter if you want it done correctly.
