Caballo Blanco Restaurante

I've been going as a kid and still drop in to check if Caballo is still consistant with the enchiladas and chile verde. So far so good! My only complaint is that once in a while the rice is a bit dry but more often its nice and soft. The flour chips are home made, and i honestly havent been to another restaurant that offers flour chips like this place does. I say just try the place if you havent yet and bring your appetite. Lastly, I dont know why people even compare the El Novirello down the street to Caballo Blanco.. there salsa at El Novi just taste like bottled Pace picante if you want my opinion. CB may be more mexican/american food, but they always make it so good. My mouth is watering for a Torta de Pollo right now actually.

One of Sacramento Oldest & Best Mexican Restaurants. The food and service is good here. Lots of locals have been coming here for a long time, parking is in the back. Good for family get togethers or to bring your dinner date. This place has a long history of serving good food to good people.
