Buffalo Wild Wings

I want to thank the manager and staff for being so nice and courteous to us, they corrected their mistake in an excellent manner and replaced our well cooked meal... and also to Thank them for their honesty after my son left his birthday card with a $150 cash in it they put it in their safe until my son realized after a couple hours he left it their, when he called the store they told him they had it in their safe and returned it to him as soon as he could get their.....Thank You Thank You so much for your excellent customer service, kindness and honesty most of all!!!

this has to be the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Kids were running around everywhere and the place looked unclean. The service was equally terrible, my waitress was always hiding in the back, I had to reach out to another waiter about the cold food. my wings came out cold and when the next batch came out they were still cold BUT the worst part was the large hair found stuck to it!! when I called for a manager the waitress told me he was on the phone and couldn't talk to me but only took the 4 wings off. I had to sit there and wait for him to come and talk to me and when he did he didn't appear to care for anything I had to say about my terrible experience.NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDN'T COME EITHER.

it was horrible. the food was cold service non existent and hair in the wings. its like a day care in that place if I want to smell urine and poop ill go to a urinal
