Aminta is one of Bridgeport Financial’s cornerstones. She began years ago when Bridgeport was much smaller, doing such tasks as entering data, sorting mail, filing and posting payments. Today, Aminta does everything from overseeing Operations and assisting clients to troubleshooting Bridgeport’s computer system- all with a smile. Aminta does the bookkeeping, interacts with vendors, and oversees the training process to ensure all new employees get all the training that is needed. She also plays a big part in our Human Resources department.
