This company also goes by "Boston Style Limo", “Boston Private Car”, and “Boston Limo”. BUYER BEWARE! I booked a van through Boston Style Limo for 9 people to be picked up and brought to the airport for an international flight on May 23, 2009. I received a confirmation so I was confident the reservation was set. After waiting 15 minutes past the pick-up time on our departure date I called the company to find out the whereabouts of the van. The person who answered said to give him 5 minutes to look into it and he would call me back. I didn’t receive a call back. When I called him again he said he could not reach the driver and to give him 5 minutes and he would call me back. Again, I didn’t receive a call back. I called him again and he said, “I am in the same boat as you, I don’t know what to do.” Well, he clearly was not in the same boat as me as I was the one who was going to miss my international flight. He had no resolution and stopped answering my calls! My family and I had to scramble to find another way into the airport quickly. It was very stressful. When I returned home from the trip I contacted the company again and asked how they would resolve the issue. We have reached no resolution and I NEVER receive a call back when they say they will call me back. The customer service of Boston Style Limo is TERRIBLE. Boston Style Limo is NOT a reliable OR dependable company. They acted so unconcerned for their error. They were unable to admit their error, apologize for their error, or rectify the situation. If you need to ensure timely pick-up (or any pick-up for that matter!) DO NOT choose this limo service.
