        Overall

        they were not polite - they were not rude, just not polite. the customer before me, they were really "unaccommodating" to and then for me they said they could take care of me later that afternoon or the next day - and I was traveling through. they wouldn't even diagnose the problem for me. they did send me next door to Manzo's Garage 200 feet up the street, and Manzo did take care of me in less than 45 minutes, for $42.50, and got me rolling again. I'd go to Manzon's first if you have the option.
