I got my 1st tattoo done by Billy Inkslinger, which I was very nervous cuz of all the stories I heard about getting a tattoo (ex. pain, not being clean, messy work & so on) but I truly wanted to get one for "in memory" of my boyfriend that I was with for over 20 yrs and had lost him in Feb of 2011. So I did, and truly happy that I did and very grateful that Billy was the one to give me my 1st Tat because my experience with him was nothing to what I had heard from people. He has a Very light hand, knowing that this was my 1st one he was very compassionate about it, Very, Very Clean, and he loves what he does, which really matters to me cause I wouldn't want to get a tattoo from someone that didn't give a damn about nothing but the money that they are making. I recommend that if you want to get a tattoo from someone that knows what they are doing, cares for his customers, a clean tattoo shop, You should go check him out. By the way...I got my 2nd tattoo done by him too.
