Bills Towing And Road Service

I am writing this review to let everyone who checks reviews know that the reviews we received last year are old and I am not able to address the concerns of the reviewers.

But, I will say that the Nov 2015 review was not our fault. We weren't able to do that call and we told AAA that we weren't able to. AAA should have contacted the customer and assigned a new service provider to them.

To the April 2015 reviewer, I pray that you will read this because I would like to right the wrong that you had experienced. We stand behind our company name and our service. It saddens me to know that you had a bad experience. I would love for you to please give a call so we can see what we can do to make you a satisfied customer.

We are a company who cares about our customers.

Used when we was with fleet net had the best tech I've ever dealt with fast repair and great communication with us don't know he's name but was in a Volvo tow truck and on in site he's naotes said DJM other tech that came out said not repairable had to b towed to dealer but in under 30m he had problem found and was on way to get parts. No longer with fleet net but will use Bills from now on.

At this moment, my companion, owner of this truck, is lying on the concrete, under his truck, cutting metal, to release the spare tire. We waited for Bills Towing and Road Service, for two hours, as recommended by AAA. They did not keep us informed nor return our calls. They did not show. My driver fired them at Approx 5:00 PM, this date.11.28.15

They lie about eta times,and repair time and cost,used to do good work but now they 1/2 way do every thing.Don't use them I have better luck from looking on craigs list or truck down for repairs.
